In 2018, the Black Ampersand was founded. Their goal is to assist their partners to reach their business goals by networking, building platforms & retaining ownership. The Black Ampersand is a collective of talented artists, musicians, photographers, writers, and creators changing the narrative of how African Americans are viewed by the general media.
